All designs, graphics, website layouts, branding materials, digital products, and editable source files created by Kaira L. Patrick LLC remain the intellectual property of Kaira L. Patrick LLC unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Clients may not resell, redistribute, copy, transfer, modify for resale, or claim any designs or materials as their own work. Unauthorized sharing, duplication, or commercial redistribution of digital products, templates, or design assets is strictly prohibited.

Project Scope & Revisions

Project pricing reflects the agreed-upon scope of work discussed prior to the start of the project. Any additional requests, features, pages, integrations, or major revisions outside of the approved scope may require an additional fee.

Revisions are intended to refine and improve the approved direction of the project. While we proudly offer a collaborative experience and satisfaction-focused service, excessive redesign requests or repeated changes to previously approved work may impact timelines and project flow.

Client Communication & Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth and timely experience, clients are responsible for:

• Providing requested content, images, login details, and materials in a timely manner

• Reviewing drafts and providing feedback within a reasonable timeframe

• Maintaining clear and respectful communication throughout the project

 

Delays in communication, approvals, or missing content may affect the estimated completion timeline.

Projects that remain inactive due to lack of communication for an extended period of time may be paused until communication resumes.

Payments & Refund Policy

Due to the digital, creative, and custom nature of our services and products, all payments made to Kaira L. Patrick LLC are non-refundable.

We proudly offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, meaning we will work collaboratively with you throughout the revision process to ensure the final deliverable aligns with the approved direction and goals of the project.

 

Client satisfaction is best achieved through:

• clear communication

• timely feedback

• following the outlined process

• submitting requested materials promptly

 

By purchasing our services or digital products, you acknowledge and agree that refunds, chargebacks, or payment reversals will not be issued for completed work, partially completed work, digital downloads, strategy, design time, or reserved project dates.

 

Website Templates & Digital Products

Website templates and digital products are intended for individual business use only and may not be resold, shared, duplicated, or redistributed in any format.

 

For Wix, Shopify, or Squarespace template transfers:

• Transfer emails are typically sent within 24 hours

• Clients are responsible for accepting the transfer within the platform’s allowed timeframe

• Expired transfers may require resending and additional processing time

 

Templates will be transferred to the email associated with your platform account.

 

Stock Images & Third-Party Assets

Some projects or templates may include free stock photography, fonts, or third-party assets sourced from publicly available libraries or platforms.

While these resources are believed to be approved for commercial use at the time of implementation, Kaira L. Patrick LLC is not responsible for future licensing changes, restrictions, or third-party policy updates.

Clients are encouraged to replace stock imagery with original brand photography whenever possible.

 

Website Launch & Ownership Transfer

Final website transfers, launches, editable files, or ownership access may be withheld until all remaining balances have been paid in full.

Once ownership has been transferred to the client, Kaira L. Patrick LLC is not responsible for future edits, accidental changes, plugin issues, third-party platform updates, or damages caused by outside modifications unless ongoing maintenance services have been arranged.

 

Limitation of Liability

Kaira L. Patrick LLC shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our website, digital products, services, templates, or third-party platforms.

While every effort is made to provide accurate information, strategic guidance, and high-quality design, we do not guarantee specific financial, marketing, SEO, or business outcomes.

 

Policy Updates

Kaira L. Patrick LLC reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services or website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
