First things first, let's get to know each other! We'll hop on a call to chat about your vision, brand, and what makes your business tick. Think of it as grabbing coffee with a friend who happens to be a website whiz.

Don't have a brand guide yet? No worries! We'll craft a mood board based on your preferences, showcasing inspirational fonts, colors, and imagery to guide the design direction.

Building the Foundation – Intake & Brand Identity
Following the consultation, you'll receive an invoice and an intake form. This form gathers crucial details about your brand, including desired colors, fonts, imagery, and messaging.

Design Magic
Our design experts will get to work, weaving their magic (well, their design skills) to create a website that's not only beautiful but also functional and user-friendly. We'll keep you in the loop throughout the process, so you can provide feedback and make sure it's exactly what you envisioned.

Collaborative Refinement – Revisions & Mobile Optimization
We'll present the initial website design, typically focusing on the homepage. Your feedback is crucial at this stage!
We'll work closely with you on any necessary revisions until your vision is perfectly captured. Mobile responsiveness is included, but finalized after the desktop version to ensure a seamless experience across all devices. For optimal viewing during the design phase, please use a laptop.
Throughout the entire process, you'll be kept in the loop with clear communication. We're here to make your website a success, step-by-step.

I'd prefer a custom designed website, do you offer more than templates?Absolutely! In addition to pre-designed templates, we specialize in crafting custom websites that reflect your unique brand identity and vision. We understand that a cookie-cutter approach doesn't work for everyone, and that's why we offer a tailored design process to bring your website to life exactly as you imagined it.

How does your website design process work?Our collaborative process starts with a free consultation to discuss your vision and goals. We then gather your brand details and create a mood board for inspiration. After that, the website design begins, with the first draft typically focusing on the homepage. We work closely with you on revisions until you're happy, ensuring your site looks stunning on both desktop and mobile devices.

What website platform do you use?I use a couple of platforms, primarily Wix, Squarespace and Shopify. The templates for purchase are for Wix only. Squarespace and Shopify templates will be available soon!

Can I customize my website template?Absolutely. You will have full access to your website template. It’s quite easy to update the overall look to match your brand for your business and attract your ideal client. Feel free to add a logo, update colors, photos, fonts, and more. Will I be able to add more pages to the template?Yes! My main reason for offering templates is to make the design process simple. Learn how to add pages with this easy tutorial:

Are the templates mobile friendly?They are and Wix makes it easy to view your website on various devices so you can view and make updates before going live.

I currently have a Wix account, will the template or custom web design easily transfer to my account?You will receive a Wix transfer email within 24 hours of your purchase. You have 3 days to accept the transfer. If for any reason it doesn't show in your dashboard (this happens sometimes!!), please contact Wix and ask them to merge your template to the correct account.

What is your return policy?Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final. Feel free to contact me and read the return policies here.

Are there any additional costs?Short answer, yes. All of the templates are built with no additional cost however, you’ll need to purchase a plan through Wix.

Approximately how long does it take?For templates, they are delivered within 24 hours of your purchase. You have 3 days to accept the transfer. We estimate about 2-4 weeks for any custom designs; including web design, marketing and branding. This allows time to collect ideas and provide drafts of the design process. It may take a little longer depending on the extension of the project.

What is branding?The main purpose of a brand book is to showcase and explain your brand's identity, mission, visual style, and core values. Your brand book will help customers and staff clearly understand what you want to portray to your audience. The essential elements of your branding that will be defined in a brand book: About. Logo. Colors. Typography. Visual Guidelines. Communication Guidelines. Images. Do's and Don'ts. Note: the brand guide included in your template is a 1 page guide.
