By purchasing a product on our website, you agree to the following terms below:
Kaira L Patrick LLC & LIV8 Digital owns the rights to any designs, graphics and Canva & Photoshop files included in your design project.

You may not resell the designs or claim any of the designs as your own. You are prohibited from sharing any of our products with additional users.

Most of our images are sourced through free online stock resources. It is not guaranteed they will always be free for use. I suggest adding your own to give it a more personal touch. You are responsible for sourcing imagery. I am not liable for any images you source and add to your website or branding services.

For Wix websites, you will receive a transfer email within 24 hours. You have 3 days to accept the transfer. The invite email will be sent by Wix.
Your template will be sent to the email address associated with your Wix account.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of our digital products, they cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged after purchase.
